About Young Living Essential Oils

Established in 1994, by D. Gary Young and his wife, Mary Young, Young Living produces a broad range of essential oils. Young Living is headquartered in Lehi, Utah with offices in Australia, Europe, Canada, Japan and Singapore.

Young Living essential oils are produced using the proprietary five-step Seed to Seal^® process, designed to produce high quality essential oils.

The company maintains over 1,400 acres of farmland located in Utah and Idaho where they cultivate their own herbs such as lavender, peppermint, Young Living melissa, and clary sage.

Young Living distributes their essential oils and other products direct to the consumer (online) and via individuals who pay a membership fee in exchange for wholesale prices and permission to resell to consumers. Members can also recruit other members and earn commission on other members’ sales.

Young Living Diffuser

Young Living offers many kinds and styles of diffusers so there’s a Young Living oil diffuser for practically every environment. The Young Living Home Diffuser, combines a humidifier, air purifier, atomizer, and aromatherapy diffuser into one simple-to-use product that safely releases essential oils into the air.

Young Living Oils

With over 80 single essential oils and essential oil blends, there is a diverse selection of Young Living everyday oils.

Young Living oils can be purchased one of two ways: direct from Young Living via their website or through an authorized reseller, also known as a Young Living distributor or Young Living member.

Young Living also has ‘remedy recipes’ you can create at home for specific ailments. For example, there is a Young Living cold sore relief ‘recipe’ and Young Living eczema relief ‘recipe’.

In addition to offering essential oils for allergies, Young Living also has essential oil blends designed to provide certain kinds of relief or promote certain moods or sensations.

Stress Away™ Young Living

One of the most popular Young Living blends, Young Living Stress Away is designed to help users relax and is made from copaiba, lime, cedarwood, vanilla, ocotea and lavender essential oils.  This formulation is one of several Young Living oils for anxiety.

Young Living Stress Away uses include topical application to wrists or back of neck. It can also be diffused for up to 1 hour, 3 times a day.

Young Living PanAway®

Young Living PanAway is one of the Young Living oils for arthritis. This oil is specially designed for topical use to help ease discomfort from arthritis or after exercise.

Young Living PanAway is made from wintergreen, helichrysum, clove bud and peppermint essential oil. It is EarthKosher Certified, which acknowledges that PanAway is compliant with international, Kosher regulations.

Young Living Thieves®

Young Living Thieves oil is a propriety blend of clove, cinnamon bark, rosemary, lemon and eucalyptus essential oils. It is designed to neutralize odors in the home as well as on the skin, especially the soles of the feet.

Using the Thieves Young Living formulation, there is also Young Living Thieves Spray, designed to clean small hard surfaces such as doorknobs.

Young Living Peace & Calming®

Young Living Peace & Calming is an essential oil intended to promote peaceful sleep. This essential oil blend can be diffused or applied topically. It’s made from tangerine, ylang ylang, blue tansy, orange and patchouli essential oils.

Young Living Purification®

This Young Living essential oil blend is designed to neutralize unpleasant odors in the air. Young Living Purification is made from lemongrass, rosemary, melaleuca (tea tree), myrtle, and citronella essential oils. Young Living Purification blend is EarthKosher Certified.

Young Living Valor®

With Valor, Young Living has created an essential oil blend designed to promote feelings of strength, courage and protection. Valor contains caprylic/capric triglyceride, black spruce leaf oil, rosewood wood oil, blue tansy wood oil, and Young Living frankincense essential oil.

Young Living R.C.™

Young Living R.C. is intended to provide breathing comfort when applied to the chest and neck. It contains Young Living lavender, three kinds of eucalyptus, myrtle, spruce, peppermint, pine, marjoram, and cypress essential oils.

Young Living Deep Relief

Young Living Deep Relief is designed to help relieve joint and muscle pain associated with sprains, strains, or rheumatoid arthritis.

While Young Living peppermint oil is the primary ingredient in this blend, it also contains: caprylic/capric triglyceride, lemon peel, balsam needle (Canada), clove bud, balsam copaiba, coconut oil, wintergreen, helichrysum, vetiver root and hyptis suaveolens essential oils.

Young Living Dream Catcher™

The Young Living Dream Catcher blend is designed to harness the power of positive dreams when used aromatically. It is one of a few Young Living essential oils for sleep.

Dream Catcher combines Royal Hawaiian™ sandalwood, tangerine, ylang ylang, pepper fruit, bergamot peel, anise seed, juniper, geranium, blue cypress wood, davana flower, citrus hystrix leaf extract, jasmine, matricaria flower, blue tansy, rose, grapefruit, spearmint, lemon and ocotea essential oils. This essential oil blend is also EarthKosher Certified.

Young Living Motivation™

The essential oils blend Young Living Motivation is designed to promoted feelings of action and accomplishment. Motivation includes a blend of Roman chamomile, spruce, ylang ylang, and lavender essential oils. Young Living Motivation is EarthKosher Certified.

Young Living Joy™

The essential oil blend Young Living Joy is designed to create a sense of romance, bliss and warmth. Joy features a blend of bergamot, ylang ylang, geranium, lemon, coriander seed, tangerine, jasmine, Roman chamomile, palmarosa oil and rose flower essential oils. The Young Living Joy blend is EarthKosher Certified.

Young Living Gentle Baby™

Young Living Gentle Baby is intended to create a calming environment for mothers and their children. The blend combines coriander seed, geranium, palmarosa, lavender, ylang ylang, Roman chamomile, bergamot, lemon, jasmine and rose essential oil.
